9.20 update: New Elf Iron Warrior appears, Blue Water Arrow Turtle and other Elf adjustments

2. Blue Blastoise Adjustments:

The original effect of the healing skill "Water Healing" was to return 50% of blood and add a liquid circle. Now it is modified to return 40% of blood, increase one's own defense by 1 level, and change the weather to heavy rain for 5 turns.

Additional effect of the 1-turn characteristic: After using the retracement skill, a reflective shield will be added to your own field, lasting for 3 rounds, limited to once per battle.

The effect of the 3-star equipment has been adjusted. The original effect of "reduced physical attack damage by 30%" has been changed to "reduced physical attack damage by 20%."
