9.11 update: monthly card rewards increased, alliance competition rewards increased and rules adjusted

1. The daily rewards of the Diamond Monthly Card and the instant rewards upon activation will be increased by lottery tickets. By activating the Diamond Monthly Card, you can also receive additional weekly event tickets every week.
